"Racially profiled. If you know exactly what you want you should be ok. Came in around 5:30. Wouldn't recommend this location. 5 minutes after walking in employee William (white guy and thought he was a she at first due to long hair. He was helping two other whites a couple feet away from me. He looks over and I ask where the router bits are. He says let me see what you put in your pocket. I had the whole saw I bought and showed him the receipt. He questions the date and gets all in his feelings, very poor attitude and rude. Says he's going to give it back. Ya I paid for it. I inform him I know I'm black, but all the profiling isn't necessary. He tells me the best thing I can do is leave. Another short fat Mexican employee with orange on his hat like he works at Home Depot comes with the same energy claiming to be a manager. I tell him it could have been simple saying there was a misunderstanding. He walks away. I inform him I will be reporting to the corporate office and the better business bureau. He leaves me to wait in front for nothing. The actual manager is finally tracked down after calling the cops. The manager Gerald was a completely opposite experience. He listened and treated me with dignity and respect. I returned my item and flipped the fat guy the bird. First time experiencing racism while living in California. They should be ashamed and fired. They all thought it was funny and like to giggle and scatter in and out of the front office like rats (attached picture). You can see the bad employee hat and long hair."

"Their carpet cleaner rental is not recommended. Those carpet cleaners are absolutely disgusting. They told me they cleaned the thing the day before. I get home and find the most foul smelling web of hair and mold underneath. The wheels were covered in grime. Had to clean it a lot before using it for a simple job. And note that they charge you a $50 deposit for this service. It wasn't a hassle to get it back, but this was a hidden requirement, and really shouldn't be."

"This store has everything and staff are very helpful. I was looking for small size wooden planks. This store doesn’t have them or options are limited."

"The store was extremely clean and well organized. Can't say the same about the staff. The self checks out staff was hovering and rude. They "assisted" the person of color next to us and overcharged them and then wouldn't help them correct it. The customer will have to return the item for the correct pricing. Sad."
