They had a great selection of refrigerators, washers and dryers, and other appliances to choose from. They were very knowledgeable about their products. Although they forgot to switch the hinge on the refrigerator to the other side before delivery, Vivian came to our place the next morning, with tool bag in hand, and promptly switched the hinge for us. I figured I could just do it myself but after watching and assisting, I’m glad she was there to take care of it. Great customer service! And they also provided great customer services, and they would be able to answer any question you might have for those appliances, even if installation advice. The store owner is very kind and friendly, they provided with delivery and installation with reasonable rate. We finally decide to install by ourselves, but we get a lot of useful advices from the store owner, we love them! They also provide great delivery service. The refrigerator we purchases is tooo large for our doors, so they help with uninstall and reinstall the gate of the refrigerator and put them to the required location. I really really appreciate those helps! The only sad thing is that since the products are open boxes, so the models can not be guaranteed available all the times, so first come and first serve. I will definitely shop again if they have new appliance that I need in the future."
