"Finally found a kumquat tree at this Home Depot. When asking the cashier (whose name is "Tawheed" on the receipt) for a bag, he told me to literally go to the Garden Center, which was closed, and get it MYSELF from behind the cashier desk. The audacity... considering I'm on a boot and disabled, using a scooter cart. Meanwhile, Lei, hears him and offered to go get it for me. She was more than accommodating and has provided an excellent level of Customer Support/Care. She deserved a 5-Star! However the most I can give is a 4-Star, due to her colleague who couldn't have cared less. He should be ashamed of being lazy and showing up to work. Stay home next time with withcha rude self (Tawheed)!"

"The male clerk (Tawheed) at the returns counter at 6:20pm on Jan 26, 2024 has a big attitude. He’s very rude, didn’t say “hello, goodbye, thank you” or any common courtesy words. Just scanned and handed me the receipt after asking “what’s wrong with it?” with an annoyed tone like a robot. The robots that I saw at restaurants and hotels did a better job. I just didn’t need the item anymore, it’s in box intact. The other female at the returns counter seems unpleasant too. Are the employees not getting paid enough lol? The Home Depot customer has gone downhill a lot. I thought I was the only one who felt that way. Lots of reviews here agreed with me that the people at returns counter have big attitude and are rude too, yet the management hasn’t done anything about it."

"Online pick up was pretty smooth, one of the parts they gave me didn’t match the product description online so they offered to swap for another if I can find it in store to which I couldn’t. I then went to the cutting center at around 1pm and waited about 20 minutes until I called from my phone to see if I can get someone to make one cut on a piece of lumber I purchased. No one came, so at 1:37pm I went to the front to ask for someone to help and they told me if no one comes in 5 minutes to come back and ask again they also informed me that there are two lumber associates working at the time. So I waited about another 10 minutes and still didn’t get help. I proceeded to go back to the front again to ask and after another 3 minutes of waiting I was finally able to get my piece cut. This Home Depot visit took me over one hour just to pick up an online order and to get a single piece of wood cut. I am a patient and forgiving person so I will eventually come back to see if service has changed in the future. :’("
