Obviously, these units are either used or less than new condition, so you have to accept that there will be something cosmetically deficient. However, everything seems to work and if not, the service has been great."

"I can't believe how quickly they screw over their loyal customers. I've bought multiple appliances from here and I just bought a refrigerator that stopped working after just over 2 months (in use for 1.5 months).They said it's too far for them to try and fix it and that they wouldn't even refund me if I hauled the refrigerator back. They said if I haul it back, they could maybe give me a half credit if I bought another refrigerator from them. I had a refrigerator repairman look at it and he said this problem builds up over time and it was probably there when I bought it. I've literally been recommending this place to everyone who needs an appliance and now I am going back to every single person and telling them to never shop here. I was just about to go back and buy a range, refrigerator, washer, and dryer from them, too."

The delivery is prompt efficient and careful. I may buy a new appliance someday but I doubt it. I will wait until one of the used ones breaks. It’s been 10 years and not one has failed."

"The buying experience was fine but after someone from the store came to repair the dryer (which came broken), they not only did not fix it, but actually broke the washing machine, making it impossible to use without it flooding the room with water. We have now been trying to get someone to come repair it and have been ghosted and ignored, no one has come to repair it, and the communication is completely awful. We had the washer and dryer for about a week when it was only partially functional (since it came broken), and they have been basically completely incapable of helping fix the issue. If I could give no stars I would."
