"Apparently if you buy brand new tires from them and get a flat tire after 6 months (and its un-fixable) its not covered under warranty, the standard warranty according to them is only 1 month. The extended warranty is 3 years. They do good work other than that. Edit: I spoke to a manager and they were willing to at least offer a 3 year warranty for the 3 tires I bought 6 months ago from today's date."

"John and his team really helped us out of a bind recently. Two days before our 2,000 mile, cross-country road trip my wife identified a giant screw that had lodged itself in our rear passenger tire. With time not on our side we scrambled to find a shop who could take us on short notice to remedy the situation. John and his team were super helpful in not only repairing our tire on short notice but also performing a full vehicle safety inspection to ensure our successful travels.
