"Terrible customer service the assistant manager is extremely rude. They have used batteries mixed with new ones thrown all over the floor. They give you incorrect quotes over the phone just to try and get you when you come into the store. The employees park their personal vehicles and commercial truck right in front of the store not leaving any spaces to park for customersk U we which makes it that much more difficult to bring batteries and rotors or any heavy parts into the store. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I PROMISE. This is coming from a Service Manager with over 20 years customer service experience."
"I would like to thank ARTURO, he helped me several times for my 2017 Subaru Outback. He knew exactly what parts were needed for my A/C. This store knows exactly what parts and how many they have.
