"So pleased with my experience with Evans Mechanical, from start to finish. Called them when my heater quit working. Sean came out and spent over two hours diagnosing the problem and looking for a way the unit could be fixed. As it needed a new control board that hasn’t been manufactured for a decade, a furnace replacement was necessary. A couple of days later Joe laid out all of my options, and over the course of over two hours patiently answered many questions. The install was done within a week. Dylan and Ryan worked extremely hard and did a great job, including making sure everything was safe and clean. Sandra and Lacey in the office were as pleasant, friendly and helpful as the rest of the crew. At first it seemed expensive, but I was comparing it to a furnace replacement 30 years ago. It’s actually a good deal, especially considering that their quote includes everything; consultation, parts, labor, disposal, upgrades to the ducting, clean up, testing, permitting, inspection, even tax. In every aspect, Evans is top notch professional. Thank you all!"

"We had lost our previous forced air heater due to old age and earthquake damage and had been without a central heater for all most a year and a half. We knew that it was going to be expensive to replace and were not in a position to add any more debt. Finally, after some debt consolidation and speaking to the nice lady at Evan's over the phone, we got pre-qualified for a loan through their website and scheduled a free consultation with Joe. Evan's even sends a text with a picture of the Evan's employee that will be coming. What a great safety feature! Joe was amazing with us and explained our options. We were worried about not being approved for enough to cover the cost of the unit we decided upon, but he said not to worry that it was just a minimum amount until they know what we would need. He also told us that through the loan it would be 0% interest for 48 months! We assumed it would take months before they could come to do the install, but they were available within a week! We decided to wait for President's Day break since we both had the day off and would be available if they needed us for anything. Joe told us that even though it was a tough job with what they needed to do (thanks to whoever built the house), that they could do it in one full day. We made sure all our vents were able to be accessed and waited for February 19th to arrive. We received a text that Marty and Thomas would be arriving shortly. What great guys they were and the third gentleman whose name, I'm sorry, I don't recall. Anyway, they were all very professional, courteous, and very hard working. They did an amazing job, cleaned up, and got it all done in one day! Thomas showed us how to use the new thermostat and how to change the filter when needed, plus they left an extra one for us. It was all amazingly smooth and easy to deal with. Plus, we finally have heat in all the rooms again! No more sitting on front of a space heater or bundled up in multiple layers to sleep. I have only dealt with Evan's a few times over the 25 years of owning our home, and each time we were satisfied. I know that my parents have dealt with them over the years as well and been very satisfied. Thank you to everyone at Evan's Mechanical for making this scary experience so easy and stress free! Joe came out was great at what he did explained everything and then Dylan and crew came out and were absolutely fantastic, all three of them! Really liked everybody a lot, very proficient and knowledgeable. The only problem was when Justin came out, he kind of blew everything apart and it was a big mess. Just kidding, you know as well as I do Justin‘s a great person, remembered him from our old house and again just wanted to say thank you so much.
