"I've for the most part been happy. However when I came in to by a sectional I was told the one I wanted would not scan so I had to pick something else out. I was then told no not that one , nor that one. I ended up with a couch and loveseat that I abhor , I literally hate them . They have started to unravel at the seams of the arms along the back and the edges that meet the feet. However since then I have had nothing but great customer service from the gentleman named Caleb that works at our Eureka store he's an amazing employee just in case you guys are not aware. The person that I dealt with in the beginning was a woman her name escapes me at the moment but she's no longer working there so pointless to bring up."
"The guys at the store or welcoming honest and they gave us a chance like no place either could from my first washer and dryer now to my stove and refrigerator I'm going to Rent-A-Center for everything just because the two guys that I met with were so nice welcoming enjoyed my three year old loaded our stuff properly and made us feel like people I give them a 10"
