"Fun place to pop in occasionally and see if you can find a treasure. This is a busy store at the mall and there is a large selection of home goods, clothing, luggage, pet supplies lots of misc goodies. I have found a few good things through the years."
"Extremely disappointed with their customer service. I understand times are tough but I don't understand why companies aren't in forcing customer service. Purchased a defective product and didn't realize it until we used it. Not even a week later brought it back only to be met by a rude employee named CRISSY and to make a long story short. She explained that because I used it. And it's my fault for not thoroughly examining the product before I bought it and used it. They were not going to return or replace the item and that I needed to "take my item somewhere else And tell them about it and complain she was done" . This negative experience has happened a few times thus the bad review. Well now I'm done and I'm taking my complaint elsewhere I will not spend my money here again."
"Hadn't been in the store for awhile. They have lotsa low priced nice items for gifts. Wasn't too pleased with the big boxes everywhere. Took up lotsa room. They looked like dump bins. Could have been more organized."
