"I will concur with the previous reviewer and state that the rudeness of this establishment needs to be addressed by corporate; particularly Amanda who laughed at me both in October when I dropped of my vehicle when it was hit by someone else and again today when I called about getting my bill for a DV claim. Stacy, who I spoke with after I refused to deal with Amanda was professional and apologetic, which was a refreshing change from the unprofessional behavior of Amanda."
