"Despite everything being explained up front, they didn't call to tell us they couldn't accept my daughter's insurance until we'd driven over a half an hour to get there. She needed anesthesia and a root canal. They first called to tell us the anesthesia would cost $100/minute, then called back to say that they couldn't even do root canals. The whole interaction was a ridiculous mess that could have been avoided if they had communicated better. This isn't a rating of their services so much as it is of their ineptitude and disregard for our time and needs."
