"Today was my first time at this dentist. The entire staff if amazing! They treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. The dental assistant was amazing during my xrays. The dentist took the time to make sure I understood everything and what we were doing moving forward. Put all my anxiety at ease."

"If I could give a negative 100 I would!! 6 months ago they broke my teeth at the gum line and sent me out of the office and said “we can’t get it go to an oral surgeon” with a referral which obv takes weeks!! Sent me out with my bottom denture and said idk I went to the oral surgeon anyways and he said well I can’t help unless you pay out of pocket so then I went to the Murfreesboro office who was a God send! He worked hours to fix what they messed up!!! The bottom denture they gave me they never put in my mouth did a mold nothing so it was obviously not able to fit! And insurance only pays for it ONCE! THANK GOD THE MURFREESBORO OFFICE IS AMAZING AND knew what happened so are helping me with another set!!! She knew like nothing either of the female dentists there they let me keep the same top denture of TEN YEARS and said I didn’t need another one!!!! Which if you know anything about dentures you get a new one every 5-7 years and mine didn’t fit and was stained! The bedside manor was awful they watched me cry and whimper for 2 hrs and didn’t even ask if I was okay just kept talki to each other. This happened the beginning of October im just not writing a new review because my last one would have told em to go to….but yea they’re so much they didn’t know!! Then they said well we really should have sent you to an oral surgeon we can’t get the teeth thier too bad and keep breaking like girl say that before you start! Thank god for the Murfreesboro office never go here they shouldn’t be adopted to handle severe damaged teeth or dentures! The photo is 7 hrs into the process of getting yanked pulled and drilled on you can see where the teeth was broken off and nerve showing yet they sent me out!"

"This by far has been the best dental experience I've had in my life, im 35. Ideal Dental is definitely Ideal and a awesome Dentist office. They were very welcoming from the moment I got out my car. How ever you could imagine a great dental appointment, they give you that experience. From all the new technology and I mean new futuristic stuff I've only seen there, to the amazing staff and I do mean amazing staff makes your all out experience fast, efficient, effective, and full of quality. I will be back for sure. My kids will also transition over to this dental office, when they get of age. I'm so greatful for them being there in my time of need."

The hygienist made me feel very comfortable. The dentist was amazing and explained every detail to me so I fully understood all the work I needed done.
