"Please do not go here. This place is terrible the workers are over worked and under paid. So unorganized they always calling to reschedule appointments they are never open. Owner is very rude. It’s dirty filthy nasty. I’m glad I chose another dentist after my first visit here. I would give zero if I could please be careful where you pick your dentist somewhere professional and not some where they are always closed down they just need to go out of business if they are always closed."

"I have waited weeks on my appointment. The first appointment I had was confirmed then cancelled within 45 minutes of each with nothing more then a text msg stating the office was closed for a week. Then I got called on a saturday to reschedule my appointment and got it rescheduled for today. I was called multiple times this morning asking if I could come in earlier then my scheduled time and I told them no due to my work schedule. They eventually said okay and they would “wait” for me. A couple hrs later I was called again to be told they were now having “technical” issues and would be closing for the remainder of the day and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Absolutely not! I have had tooth pain for weeks waiting on them, which was discussed when I made my initial appt. I am disappointed and annoyed by the lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anybody. If this is the way the run a business, I can only imagine how the actual work to peoples teeth is."

"Dr. Mekonnen and her staff have been GREAT!! I showed up at her office in horrible pain, and without any consideration of her own needs she extracted three teeth immediately!! It was her lunch time, and she and her assistant worked straight through their lunch to take care of me. She was so caring that I couldn't believe it!! This was the best dental experience that I have ever had. She numbed my mouth with gel before the shots, and the shots didn't even hurt!! I never review anyone online, but I just wanted everyone to know about this place. Dr. Mekonnen and her staff go above and beyond to make your dental work pain free!!!"

"I wish i could give ZERO stars. Got off work early, drove an hour to the office just for it to be locked when I got there. I called the office , left a VM. They called back a hr or so later and said “Did you have an appointment today?” I mean clearly you can see I had an appointment. I mentioned the doors being locked and the lady said “we had to leave” & “we didn’t think you were coming” I told her “I literally confirmed the appointment THIS MORNING” how could they not know I was coming. I’m highly highly upset with them and how unprofessional their customer service is. I will not be back there… Just save yourself the time and headache. I waited like 3 weeks for this appointment and then to be done like this…"
