"The technician that took my x-rays was so kind and understanding. She was very patient with me. The dental hygienist, Britney was so caring and made me feel very welcomed. I am getting my wisdom tooth taken out and Dr. Meredith was detailed and had several options for me. The office manager got me an appointment very fast! This office did its best to make me feel welcomed and they were all so caring. I always get so nervous when it comes to the dentist. I definitely recommend!"

"Everyone was very very nice but I originally went in to have a tooth extracted and over the phone I was given the impression that that would happen during my visit but after all the X-rays and sitting there for 2 hours (literally my appt was at 11 I didn’t leave until just after 1 and they close at 1) I saw the hygienist then the dentist all for them to tell me I have to wait and go to an oral surgeon . I told them it was a difficult wisdom tooth from the start they could’ve told me that instead of essentially wasting my time. I’m gonna end up just going to interfaith they will take it out no problem. I heard good things about aspen and interfaith couldn’t get me in until Wednesday and it’s been unbearable so I didn’t wanna wait that long and when I called aspen said they could do it but they didn’t. Again everyone was very nice I was just mislead."

"I went in for a consultation to get a new retainer to hold a fake tooth right in the front of my smile. But the entire time I was there the doctor kept talking about retainers i specifically said did not work for me (I’ve been dealing with this for years…I know) and getting an implant which is fine, I eventually want one but I made it very clear that I just want to get the retainer right now because mine is on its LAST LIFE. After all the scans and speaking to the hygienist and the doctor, I go to speak with the someone and go over the payments and options for everything and realize…the estimate for the retainer isn’t even listed on this LONG list of things they want me to do/pay for, so I ask and he tells me that the retainer isn’t even on my file but the 4,000 dollar implant is….so I literally sat there for 2 hours to not even get the answers I needed or the help I need for what I EVEN CAME FOR! And they wonder why I haven’t been back to the dentist in years….no one ever listens, and always pushes getting the implant, and I end up getting too overwhelmed and irritated to even go back. But to the nice women that called me back and handled all my X-rays and getting me prepared to see the doctor, you are amazing and thank you for being the only person that understood what I wanted."

"I've been going to Aspen Dental for years in Smyrna TN. The prices are reasonable and the staff is so inviting. Today I meet a young lady that had the most bubbly spirit. She was the sweetest soul while cleaning my teeth. Made me feel so comfortable and was asking me how I felt the whole time."

"Aspen Dental in Smyrna is amazing. From the moment i got there to the end i had such a great visit. They were so friendly and truly explained everything thoroughly and were very genuine people. The lady that did my x-rays was great! and she made me laugh a lot and was very kind and very good at her job as well as the doctors who examined my gums and teeth. They were very helpful and nice as well. I will definitely come back because the staff really cares about people and their well-being and it was such a nice way to start off my day.
