"Absolute best customer service ever! I brought my boyfriend to get him fitted for a pair of boots, and the staff was so eager to find the perfect pair for him. Melanie helped us out a ton with this. She listened to what he was looking for, gave excellent recommendations that fit his needs, and shared a wealth of knowledge with us about the background and make of each style. I appreciated that we were not only informed on the shoes, but how to manage their upkeep and cleanliness to ensure they last a lifetime. I will absolutely be returning to get a pair for myself!"
