"We have been visiting Nashville from PA and just happened to be at the Opry Mills mall during the tornado scare last night. There was a mass panic and a run of people. Being right outside of the Columbia store, one of the workers directed us in, locked the doors and took us and about 2 dozen others to safety in the back of the store. I was so impressed with the professionalism of all the Columbia store staff, but in particular the woman who I assume was the manager. The priority was our safety and clearly they had been properly trained to some protocol and were able to execute it well. Thank you again to the Opry Mills Columbia store staff!"
