"I have had nothing but good experiences at Knoxville thrifts, but I couldn’t find a single reasonably priced item in the store. Even old items, in less-than-good condition, were priced beyond reasonable secondhand prices. It is unfortunate, because there are many things I would have purchased had the prices been reasonable. They are definitely pricing out many of their shoppers, and making it difficult for most people to be able to financially support their mission."

"Karm has needed to raise their prices so high it really isn't a thrift store any longer. You'll find some things here and there but I've put more things back than I've bought lately because of the cost. As always, the staff is fantastic!!!"
"This place is outrageously priced. There was a faded worn plain t shirt for $9. And other prices that are not strategically created. Nothing here is really affordable. I walked out with one thing when I found three just shirts or tank tops that were cute but would have been around $26 even in the condition they were in. Something here is not right."
"Way overpriced. I found Dollar Tree items priced at $2.99. I realize some of the money helps our homeless population but by pricing things reasonably, they could also help our low income and fixed income residents."
