"Please! For the love of all humanity, permanently shut the doors of this establishment! The employees purposely ignored the drive-thru and they were clearly open. If you're not going serve customers, close your doors. This business is an embarrassment and disgrace to the Farragut community and we deserve better."
"What has happened to this DQ?! Every time we go there the chocolate machine "isn't working"...EVERY time! The quality of the blizzards has gone down. We got a Blizzard and a sundae, spending $13. and they both ended up in the trash again. The soft-serve was completely runny and tasted weird. The brownie pieces were stale, just nasty. In no way do I think it's the servers fault, as they are ALWAYS pleasant and work hard, and we know they can't help if their equipment is outdated. Can't afford to keep throwing money away, so no more DQ for us!"
"This place is always a huge disappointment and I’ve definitely learned my lesson to never go back. The customer service is hands down the worst I have dealt with in the area and I’m pretty easy going as I’ve worked in this industry myself . They forgot one of my blizzards and shut the window before I could tell them. I kid you not she straight up ignored me in the drive through and played on her phone with her back turned to the window. I had my husband knock on the window to get her attention and he tapped the horn to get her attention and she continued to ignore us.(she clearly heard us)I went inside and was ignored in there too, finally made eye contact with someone. I ordered a brownie blizzard and all I got was chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips…. Didn’t eat it because I didn’t trust any of them (IYKYK). Besides the terrible customer service the establishment itself was unclean and should definitely get a visit from the health department. Says everything you need to know about management down to its employees. Do yourself a favor and do not spend your hard earned money here, you will be very disappointed."
"To tell you the truth when I think about grabbing a burger I usually don't think of dairy queen but this visit changed my mind. The food was very hot and fresh and the guy working up front was very nice. Best burger I have had in a long time. We will definitely be back and probably my new normal place to " just grab a burger somewhere""
