"Was in from out of town period ordered food. After long traveling pizza was impeccably delicious as well as the salad! I was having difficulty with the online ordering system and advance that my order and was very upset with myself and went inside. The staff was more than accommodating and put a rush on my order. I was very aggressive."

"MELLOW MUSHROOM FAIL! This was my second time in a row ordering online for the curbside service. Both times I had to end up parking and going in after waiting past the ready time. Both times I pre-tipped online. Last time food wasn’t ready and I waited inside for about 10 minutes. Today went inside and order was sitting in back ready. I explained my situation to the guy at the counter and all he did was open the pizza box and show me the food. No apology, nothing. Food was almost cold. All that for a cold $20 pizza. I have had a couple other subpar experiences here so sorry Mellow, I’m going to have to take my business elsewhere from now on. No thanks for my patronage or the tip!"

"Farragut Friday night pizza spot! Or any day of the week for that matter. It's hard to find a place that has it all and we have made this a favorite. They've got the vegan stuff covered! So if you have restrictions or are just trying a new way of eating give them a try! I always let them know what we need and they take care of us. The staff are super friendly and always help us have a good time. This place can get packed so be prepared to come early or wait. If pizza isn't your thing, you can find something just for you too. There is a bar, beer, and wine, but we just stick to the lemonade! This is a fun time for kids and they have some fun activities for little ones. We appreciate the stellar service we get whenever we go here. Thanks y'all!"

"An AWFUL service experience. We ordered TWO pretzel bites orders. Each comes with 2 sauces, one cheese one red. We also ordered two ADDITIONAL orders of TWO sauces. This is a total of EIGHT sauces. I called and spoke with Raven, prior to placing the order. Asked if we can have ALL 8 sauces cheese, she said absolutely. I received a total of 4 sauces, all cheese, but am missing the other 4 (2 extra orders of 2). Additionally we ordered one pepperoni, extra cheese, and mushroom pizza, and one just pepperoni and extra cheese. We received one pizza with only pepperoni and one pizza with only mushrooms. I called and spoke with Ellie, the manager. She argued with me for 8 minutes about the sauce count. Offered no solutions until I asked what the solution is. She never ever admitted that we were shorted the sauces, or apologized for the inconvenience. She finally offered a refund, but when I asked for the total, she said “I thought you were busy, you don’t have time for me to calculate the total” WOW. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Colin, he provided the information for the manager to contact. I will share the experience with him and we will move on to ordering from somewhere that can be accountable for a simple wrong order without necessitating such an excessive amount of explaining."

"I don’t understand the hype about this restaurant. I had their pizza and calzone in 2020 and regretted it but I made the same mistake last evening and had their wings and pizza with friends. Both times, the food was extremely oily. Baked chicken wings were dripping with oil more than deep fried chicken wings. Pizza was just ok. A good nightlong heartburn made it worse and made all of us feel sick; not just one of us. The restaurant is always busy with a big wait but for the over price the food needs to have at least good quality."
