"I wouldn't recommend anyone eat here. The staff especially the management are rude disrespectful and just don't care. I'd recommend going right up to the Lovell rd. Mcdonald's and eat. They are at least cleaner."
"Had a weird experience here. Placed a curbside order and wait awhile. Heard yelling and looked to see a man in blue waving his hands out the drive through window, but I wasn’t sure who it was for. Had to call them and they needed me to go through the drive through cause they said “Yeah no curbside after dark.” So beware they apparently don’t deliver curbside after dark."
"The McDonald's in pigeon forge Tennessee on Wears Valley road is the best location I've ever been to clean as a whistle, bathrooms are clean, service is excellent, the manager Mike and Becky who have been there for years just make all of their customers feel welcome whether eating in, taking out or through the drive-thru what a great place to start your morning"
"Look at the pictures. Whoever made this sandwich should pay me back the cost of this chicken sandwhich.sandwich. Most of the lettuce was in the box not on the sandwhich. And the amount of mayo on that half of bun. But hey I did get 4 tint tomatoes!"
"I was very pleased with my visit . They were super friendly. The store was very clean && My food was FRESH . This mcdonalds is probably the best I have ever been too. Super fast! I was greeted with a smile . The manager (who i found out to be the general manager) came over && asked if we needed anything even though they looked to be very busy. I liked how they told me to have a blessed day. Thumbs up to them."
