"Very poor experience I always love eating here and typically get a salad w/extra dressing maybe the specific location I usually go to doesn’t charge me for extra dressing but this location does apparently. I specifically asked BEFORE paying if they charged extra and they said no…When I got my order they didn’t include the number of dressings I asked despite clarifying it wouldn’t be extra. I was then told I had to pay $6 for extra dressing-ridiculous…I understand policy and get they have to charge but that’s why I asked before I paid to clarify and then I am given nasty attitude because I asked to return my salad…I am not paying $6 dollars more for damn dressing to enjoy it…terrible customer service, won’t be back"
"This was my first experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! I got the Super Sunrise Sunset, Bahama Mama, and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap! The food and smoothies were really good! The employees were also really nice as well! If your in the area give them a try!"
"I ordered two wraps, both with plant based chicken substitute, and asked for no cheese on the Caribbean jerk one. Opened it up, cheese on it. Unfortunately I was already a good 20 miles away. It's a good thing I always carefully check my food at new places because this could have made me very sick. The other wrap was fine, but not being able to follow these instructions made me concerned they didn't use the plant based chicken either. Smoothie tasted good."
