"I was looking for lightup shoes for my Grandson & was in the store at around 7:15pm (they close at 9pm) there was another gentleman in the store with his little boy as well neither of the employees were very helpful & one proceeded to let us know if we couldn't find what we needed they open back at 10am, Me & my Grandson may have been in there 10 minutes before she starts trying to rush customers out, it was very obvious that's what she was doing, I understand everyone wants to go home but the store literally had another hour & 45 minutes of being open. It was just kinda rude & bad business in general to behave that way."
"They have an employee that loves to talk to other employees about a customer and it's sad that she couldn't even hide that she was talking about this customer to the employees. I will not be back if they are going to let their staff tall about customers and pointing right at them so you know they are being talked about."
"I went in after a long day of shoe shopping at larger franchises. It was my last ditch effort. They had a surprising range of shoes. Some of the larger sizes are stacked to the ceiling, but someone helped pull them down for us and we found the right fit. I will move them up my list next time."
"Wide range of shoes by size and manufacturer with a decent price point. The only draw back and I fully understand the reason is that all shoe's on the shelf or display, there is only one shoe in the box. If that is the style you like and possibly want to buy you have to bring the box and shoe to the front and ask for the other shoe, which is kept in the back. Slows down things, but allows the store to cut their shrink due to shoplifting. Just the cost of doing business with the way things are."
