"We came during tax free week so it was a crazy time. The staff was amazing thought and tried their best to reset/reorganize clothes. They got us through the line as fast as possible. They had floaters who also helped to answer any questions and I was able to get my kiddos a few pair of jeans and tops. I would say it was successful."

"Apparently, I'm someone who needs a place who offers "customized sizing" for his kids. Old Navy is NOT that place .. but neither is other clothing stores in the area. Of the three or four times I've shopped at this location, I've found the following to be true: customer support is not a high priority, and sales checkout is of low importance. It seems to be inevitable that I'm going to be standing in line for a long time to check out. Unless I have a lot of time to kill, I'll take my business elsewhere."
