"I was immediately greeted with pleasant smiles as I entered the store. I needed a few suits and both employees were super helpful. A gentleman (wish I could remember his name, my apologies) started out helping me, and then Hedi, the manager, assisted for the remainder. Hedi was amazing. She knew her inventory well, and her customer service was astonishing; that is something that’s hard to find now days. She never once made me feel rushed, even though I had entered an hour before closing and had quite a bit to do. She took her time with me, made multiple suggestions, put several looks together, and answered all my questions. She ended up helping me with my final selections and ordered some things online for me as well. I visited several business attire stores at both Green Hills and Opry Mills today, and the majority weren’t helpful. Hedi is a true gem and a wonderful asset to your company. She made my experience super easy and nothing was frustrating whatsoever. Thank you again Hedi for your kindness and exceptional customer service. It meant a lot!"
"Staff is always helpful. Store is clean. Clothes are always prepared and displayed well. Styles you can’t get elsewhere. I buy most of my clothes from here. Closest parking is the second level in the garage. Returns are easy. TIPS: Sign up for their emails to get specials (not location specific). BR card owners get additional discounts here and there and you earn points that can be applied to future orders. As is typical though, their interest rate is crazy high. They provide an app and site to manage it with auto payments."
