"THEY DO NOT SERVE HOT DONUTS, EVER! When you go to Krispy Kreme the main appeal is to get those nice hot donuts as they roll of the line. According to the staff, this location has shut down their line permanently and instead have their donuts shipped in from elsewhere. No reason to go there vs. just picking up at a gas station or a grocery store."
"Horrible!! Old and stale glazed and chocolate doughnuts. Always out of any special doughnuts. $12 for what you see pictured. Absolutely unacceptable. Zero effort, care, or pride in their work and products."
"Ordered a dozen assorted donuts . I received ice cold donuts that were not what i ordered. I took the box back and told them that I had the wrong they responded oh we don't have any cake batter donuts, so we asked if we could choose n something else. The lady said no. So we decided to return the whole box. We didn't spent $20 for assorted donuts for you to give us mostly glazed abs not assorted of our choosing. We get to the window and give the box back and asked for a returned receipt. The lady tells us their machine doesn't print receipts but that we should see our return in a few hours. . This hours experience is ridiculous but no receipt is the worst because how can we prove we returned the bid without it if we never see our refund.? Better management is needed asap."
