McDonald's

"So I go to this McDonald's often on my way to group study at church, for a vanilla latte and this happens every time!! Last night, I pulled up to drive thru, 1 car ahead of me. No one in other lane. The car ahead of me was there for literally 10 minutes! Then I pull up and it took them 5 mins to take my order of 1 lrg latte. Remind you 1 car ahead of me and they're order was $11.27 so they didn't order much! I sat there for another 10 minutes waiting to pay. I finally just left. After 25 minutes to only get my order in when it was not even busy, is uncalled for! This extreme wait line in drive thru happens to me every single time!! I can see it if they were busy, but there was only one car in line. I ended up going to a coffee joint and got a vanilla latte in less then 3 minutes!! I left home a half hour early expecting the wait, and was still late, but this was uncalled for AND avoidable. Manager there needs to be replaced or go back to training!! No one that works there gives a darn about their customers, they are always rude. Even though It's frustrating, I never treat them unkind, because I always think as if they are having a bad day or somethings broke down. I'm only reviewing this now because it happens All the time and the rudeness is uncalled for! In my opinion, it's worth the drive to go to a alternate location."

"My husband ordered three bacon, egg, and Cheese biscuits in the drive thru. When he got home with them, there was no egg on any of them. We weren't charged for them but that's not the point. We should get what we asked for."

"It was McDonald's. I went through the drive through and the drive through people were exceptional. They did get my order mostly correct - giving me one extra biscuit. The food was not quite as warm as I would prefer but you can't win them all. :)"

"If you go through the drive through only use cash. They have fraud taking place here. I watched the lady take pictures of the front and back of my card. When I confronted her about it, she said oh, I was just texting. Police were called. Video showed what she did, and she was terminated! Stay alert."

"I was automatically sold a large drink with the kid's meal when I asked for a soda. I didn't realize this until after I paid. I asked for fries only, and I was told to tell the pickup window, and they would take the apples. I couldn't get the lady taking the order to understand that I wanted to exchange the apples for another mini fry or to just get a small fry. Never had this problem before at other McDonald's."
