"This place needs to get their stuff together. Poor customer service. Waited over 2 hours for pizza and still didn’t get anything called and they said we would have to pick it up. Fine went to pick it up and they still charged a delivery fee and got the tip but what really got me mad was them talking bad about customers while I was up there. Our weekly pizza place is changing till they can get someone to run this place the right way."

"This is by far the worst Domino's in Jackson. I have never placed an order here that I didn't have an issue with. The latest being the pizza that they gave me felt like it came out of the microwave. The bottom of the pizza looked raw and the crust was wrong. Not only that, if you look at the pictures you'll see they didn't even bother to put the garlic sauce on it. South highland is the better store."

"Congratulations on making the worst pizza I've ever tasted. It was really great to be at work for 10 hours and my pizza I ordered for lunch is a pile of inedible slop. Oh, and I ordered pepperoni cheesy bread and got cheesy bread. Really great quality control from your manager. Not that I could have eaten it anyway, it too was a greasy pile of raw dough."

"Handmade Pan isn’t toppings to the edge. I’ve ordered it a few times and every time I have been disappointed to find an inch of crust all the way around my pizza. It isn’t worth it to pay extra for the pizza when it’s prepared exactly like the original crust. Overall, the quality of Dominos pizza has just been worse over the last decade. I find the same pizza deals every year but the pizza has gotten smaller, and the company seems be trying to cut every corner to keep the prices low. PSA, I’ve been coming to the store for years already and I’ve experienced a great turn over with the staffing. Tonight the store was understaffed, like other nights I’ve been in the last several weeks, and the quality of the pizza is lacking. The last crew about a month ago was much better because they always had plenty of staff, and that’s been reciprocated by the meals I’ve been purchasing. I’ll definitely be thinking twice about stopping in again."

"Three of us had a long day of fun and shopping. So, of course, we needed something for dinner. The little one picked this place & it did not disappoint. Tonight's staff was friendly and funny. They also have a small sitting area and clean restroom, which were perfect for our pit spot."
