"The restaurant was clean. The staff was super nice and friendly. The only issue I had was waiting additional 25 minutes than quoted on app. I actually understand considering it is Friday night. I can say that the food came out perfect and hot which is all anybody can ask for. I wanted to give a good review for execution on good hot food. Thank you to this team tonight."

"Done with Papa John's. I ordered online, waited about 10 minutes then drove to pickup (another 20 minutes). Was told by an employee that it'd be another 20-30 minutes as they were busy. So I waited in the parking lot and went in 30 minutes later. Still not done but did get it about 5 minutes or waiting. Got home and NO TOPPINGS on the pizza. It was limp like it was way undercooked. I ate one bite and threw the rest away. I sent a message to customer service and never got a response. So if they reply to this saying to contact them- I already have with no results. Im done with this sham of a pizza place."

"Normally, very good food and service. The past 2 (May 8th and May 12th) orders though, not at all. The previous order was covered in air pockets, so large that the pizza toppings separated from the crust. Today's order was actually dropped so everything was smashed together. This will be the last order that they get from me. Papa would be disappointed severely. On the 8th, I wrote to customer service about this and was told that I would hear back...nothing. Today...I'm not bothering."
