"Made an order around 6:30 and realized it was still being preped at 8pm. I called to ask if I could come pick it up but was informed that the transaction would be voided, And the payment would not be received Instant, and I'd have to make a new order. Well I asked if I could just get a 2 litter (which is cheaper than the delivery charge) and was told no. Just seems kinda odd to be so stingy when I'm helping them out by picking my order up"

"Well, earlier today, I ordered a pizza to be delivered at 6pm. My husband goes to bed at 9pm. Right now it's 6:34pm and no pizza. I called and was put on hold for 20 mins, then the guy says they have been behind all day and it will get here soon. So, does this fall under, if it's not delivered at the time requested it's free?? I literally live 1.5 Miles from Dominos!! Really? This isn't the first issue I've had with them either! Under cooked chicken wings last time!! Maybe I need to order from a different Domino's location! Don't go to this one!"

"I've eaten Dominoes in many different states...they were ok but not great. This Dominoes is great and my husband and I love getting their pizza and other items on the menu. Cheesy bread sticks are great with marinara sauce. Order and pick it up or have them deliver...great service, it's even better at the new location! Delicious. We ordered pizza and we picked it up, it was delicious as usual. Thank you!"

"They must have been working short. Pizza took 10 minutes longer than expected. I ordered a thin crust. It was basically burnt. My husband ordered a hand tossed and he said it was dried out, didn't seem to have sauce on it. We have always used Domino's for a quick pizza, but not sure we will again. I should have checked it there and refused it."

"Got 5 even though I had to drive all the way back from Brownsville to get a salad that was not rotten. From now on will check everything before going home. Reason for 5 was exchanged the salad and was nice about it."
