Domino's Pizza

"I have to tin crust pizzas for my and my wife to eat but when I found something the really not looks like pizza over cook and very 8dry just today Sunday 6.00 pm 28 January 2024...order online nobody can do nothing and the lady say to bring the pizza tomorrow and talk to the manager.... I'm not mad so only speechless"

"I ordered from the 1706 Highland, Jackson, TN location yesterday and was appalled by the treatment I received. I placed an order with a delayed pickup time at 7 am yesterday morning to be picked up at 11, I ordered 12 pizzas and paid in advance. When I arrived at 10:50 the door was locked, I called twice with no answer. I waited until 11 and was able to get in. When I walked in, the employee literally screamed at me for not giving her advance notice of my order, I tried to do it the night before but the app wouldn't allow it and they did not answer the phone. She continued to berate me while the pizza was being boxed up and was throwing things and saying she was going to call corporate because they should never have let me place the order and that she only had 15 minutes to make it. Not my problem she was late for work and the only one there. I have never in my life been treated like this and will never darken their door again, if they don't want to make pizza then they should close the store and not make pizza."

"My husband had a medium extravaganza and I had the stuffed cheesy bread. Both were delicious. I have to admit, I am kind of hooked on the stuffed cheesey bread. When you are too busy or too tired to cook. The pizza and cheesy bread are the way to go."

"I’m a regular customer at the Domino’s on South Highland in Jackson, TN. I bought a Domino’s coupon from a young boy for a school fundraiser. The card has 12 coupons on it, that says, “buy 1 pizza at menu price and get 1 equal or lesser value.”The coupons are valid until 2025. I took it to the domino’s in South Jackson to ask the staff directly there and they confirmed that I could use it and they told me that they will take this coupon, whenever I want to use it. I used it once, but when I called to order the pizza ) the manager said they can’t take it. I tried to explain to him that I had already used the coupon once and told him that I will show the coupon when I pick up the pizza. When I got there he looked and he said that he does not accept the coupon. He said maybe one of the stores in North Jackson can accept it. The coupon card does not say only accepted at some Domino’s. I have already used one of the coupons on this card at this Domino’s location, but now the store manager refused to take it. After I gave him the card to look at, he gave it back, smiled and said thank you. He closed the door without even bothering to ask about the pizza I ordered earlier. It was like he was trying to chase me out of the store. I am really disappointed that he was so rude and handled the situation in an unprofessional manner."
