"Rude nurse. Forced mask wearing when the day before there was not. She had a mask on so she was fine. There are no mask mandates. After I expressed that I did not require a mask she would not wait on us if I would put a mask. She said it was required which it is not. Not by law or the company. The day before when we came it was not required. Mostly her attitude was horrible."

"I just love CVS and going to all the different ones around me because each one has different items that will be on clearance!! Plus it’s where I get my medications and they always let me use good rx to get major discounts on my meds!! Like them better than Walgreens and I used to work for Walgreens!! I’m afraid tho with all the CVSs closing down around the country"

"Look if you want to feel harassed this is the store. We been CVS customers for almost 20 years and we have never felt this way before. I buy in this location, all my prescriptions come to this location. The Manager of this location, at least the one in the front on 11/26/2023 and it’s the blue vest, likes to harass my wife, he has never dare to have a conversation against me, Even when I do couponing, when I have my bags etc. Maybe he feels empowered against a woman of color and Latinas. Today my wife made a purchase after she got everything bagged and paid for, she remembered that she has to get other stuff with my daughter and he dare to ask her to put the bags first inside her car and comeback to continue shopping. Extremely disappointing and disrespectful, pretending that she was going to steal, because why to do that? When people walk in to that store with bags, backpacks etc Again this is not the first situation with the same gentleman. He lacks professionalism and leadership skills, it’s unfortunate that a company like CVS has some like him leading at their locations."

"I never leave reviews. I’m in the Restaurant industry and sometimes understand no matter what it’s hard to please people. This particular location I left feeling very upset and almost discriminated. Btw I never pull the race card . Went in because I needed to purchase an at home Covid test. When I asked the Gentleman working at the front where I could grab one, he had his back turned towards me the entire time. When I said I’ll wait for him to acknowledge me , he said” I don’t need to look at you for you to ask me a question” WOW!!!!If I had responded that way in my profession I would’ve been FIRED on the spot. You’re in costumer service my friend, so yes you need to acknowledge your customers and give them eye contact. I’m not trying to talk to the back of your head. He was a tall White stocky gentleman. Come to find out from the reviews, this Idiot is the freaking store manager. Do better CVS. Let this guy go!!"
