"The second time in a week I come in to buy and told no cash only cards because hi tilt was already counted after the first encounter I came in the morning to talk to a manager and was told he would take care of the matter employee not supposed to turn away customers, well it happened again Mr manager do you care about customers or the business times are hard and customer service plays a big role for the business"

"I pulled into the store to get a cup of coffee. They have signs all over every single hot coffee machine that have $1 any size coffee. It does not specify anywhere whether it's hot or cold. And again it's on every single hot machine inside the building. After telling the cashier this she goes to the back to get the manager. Then she walks back up and says that's iced coffee only... I kindly pointed at the hot coffee machine where I got my coffee and said what about this giant red sticker that says $1 any size coffee?? The manager finally came out of the back room looked at the sign, then looked me in the face and said "sorry" and walked away without even trying to honor the difference in price... I kindly told them to keep it and I drove literally a half a mile down the road to a much larger 7-Eleven which had working machines. And knew exactly what they were doing. On a side note, the machines where you get the cappuccinos, espressos, etc. Did not work. The only coffee creamers inside of the display were French vanilla and hazelnut. About four of them had nothing in there whatsoever. And I had to get a fork from the hot dog stand to have something to stir my coffee with due to the lack of restocking going on at the store. Even though there's plenty of chatter about what people were doing that evening."

"This was once a great place to make a quick stop for gas and other small forgotten items. However it has become a stop only if you must kinda place. The items are often not stocked and often it's because they are sitting in the isles still in boxes and totes. And I direct your attention to the pictures. How the guy is dressed is pretty much how all there dress. I understand having style but honestly it looks like he has on his 10 year old son's skinny jeans. No folks that is NOT his shirt professionally tucked in! They are rude and have little tolatance for customer. Most of the time, matter how many people on shift you will wait on some one to be the cashier. Just very disappointed in the way it has gone to the bottom of the obyss in less than a year."

"Talk about an inconvenient place, there is nothing here convenient here at this store. The people seem unmotivated, sad, and depressed. After many short conversations I since there is a lack of leadership and accountability within this location. The staff has always been nice and apologetic for many, many inconveniences. Every time I come in here the line is as long as a Wal-Mart line before thanks giving. They never have paper in the gas pumps. So if all you need is gas, your still forced to wait behind 8-10 people just for a receipt. The restrooms, I’ve seen restrooms in third world countries in better condition. Just a complete clown show of a business. It’s sad because this clown show is right outside my neighborhood. One could go to Kroger down the road, save money with real convenience while also saving time. This was a great convenient store under the Stripes Brand. However today under 7 Eleven the level of service is ZERO. There is absolutely nothing convenient about this store."
