"Opinion: People typically frequent stores that have a good working environment and stores that treat their employees equally. This store does not. My GF worked at this location. The day prior to her deciding the store was not for her she worked the evening shift. That evening someone walked in, filled a basket up with store items. On the way out she questioned that person, was shoved and almost pushed down, and the person with the basket full of items took off with several stolen items. There was another person that same evening who walked out with several items as well. The manager Bryant who was not on shift did not even have the decency to ask her if she was ok after this incident happened. Instead he asked if she got a license plate number as if she was expected to run out after the thief. If you are ever in this CVS observe how many people are working, trying to assist you, and the general safety of the store. Also observe how all employees are being treated by the managers (Nancy and Bryant). Give Bryant a big pat on the back for making this location a place employees do not want to come into and in general making people feel worthless or picked on. The definition of a manager is a person responsible for supervising and motivating employees and for directing the progress of an organization. Bryant is not a manager."

"I recently purchased some items at this CVS store yesterday actually. The store was well-stocked and clean however when I went to return to yoga items, I was told they were not returnable. The sales clerk was friendly and apologetic. At this point the manager came out and said the items were not returnable. He then went around to the back. The sales clerk then told me that he was told by the manager there's something on the receipt that says the items are not returnable but there is nothing I can see specifically on the receipt that says that. Also there is no sign on the clothing that says it is non-refundable. The clothing was unworn and in original packaging and I had a receipt from the day before. When I asked for the customer service # the sales clerk said that it was good that I was calling customer service because he said he had seen the manager refund clothing items in the past with other customers. At this point the manager came back out and asked me if I had any questions and I said no that I was going to call customer service. He repeated that I could not return the items and I said that I didn't care I was going to call customer service. I asked him to stop yelling at me and he said that was his normal voice. He then proceeded to tell me that he didn't care either and that this was his store and if I didn't like it I could leave. I took my receipt from the sales clerk and left.... As a follow up I contacted customer service 3 separate times and got no callback and still have not heard from them. This is very poor customer service. However I did have a pleasant conversation with someone in customer service name Amber the 3rd time I called and I wish more people at the corporate office cared about customers and how they are treated. After waiting for two and a half weeks with no callback I decided to go to a different cvs and was able to return the items. I will not go back to that cvs on kuykendahl and cypresswood again because we have a choice what and where we buy things."

"A few months ago I went to this location. It was the first time and the last one. The pharmacist, who was a Caucasian lady, is really rude. I was surprised because usually they are very polite. I felt really uncomfortable because my baby was sick;and I was looking for his medicine and this lady made feel worse. Avoid this location if you can!"
