"The pharmacy here are slacking and missing filling up prescriptions. I had my doctor send my prescription 2 days before and when I received a call from them that the medicine is ready for pick up, I go there to pick the medicine. They said they will start working on it and it will take time to prepare it.. how unprofessional is this… when I asked the guy working there he said they only received the prescription few mins ago which is a lie…anyway this branch is terrible and the workers there keeps on changing and this shows how bad it is…"

"Ridiculous wait time for everything. Drive through lane could easily run over half hours! Inside pick up is not much better either. Vaccine appt times are also treated as suggestions. It was always 20-40 mins wait. This location really needs to employ more pharmacists to handle their volume"

"Not at all surprised by seeing such a low Google rating for this CVS store. I am sure overall rating would have been lower if there was zero star option. I am having to share this rating after multiple instances over a period of months. There is extensive delay in being able to talk to someone. If you hold long enough and someone eventually answers, they many immediately hang up on you or put on hold again. This exact thing happened to me three times in trying to talk to someone over the last hour. Please stay away from this CVS if you can. Can't speak to other CVS pharmacies. I don't think Walgreens has such terrible service, but I will find out now."
