"This place is horrible we tried to return something we bought a week ago and I’ve never worn it I had the receipt they told me I couldn’t return it in the most rude way possible and when I tried to explain the situation workers got so rude and started to use an aggressive language at me saying u can go to different stores will never purchase anything from here ever again. Their 3 star reviews already say a lot about them anyways"
"Parents be ware! Don't send your children to get their clothes here unless you are with them and can prevent the need for a return. My teenage son purchased a $100 sweatshirt that the manager refused to let him try on. A non-refundable hoodie it turns out and I guarantee when she sold the hoodie to him she knew it would not fit. When I called to ask if an exchange could be made the same manager who sold him the hoodie, Ashley, would not allow this to be done. I asked why not when they would not allow him to try on said hoodie and she said store policy. Horrible experience, 100% would not recommend going there and if you do, hope you do not have to engage with this manager."
"Brought my son to shop for t-shirts at 5:35PM he was told he can not use fitting rooms because they close at 6PM. Staff was very rude, no customer service skills. We will not be shopping at this location ever again."
"Went to this store, just to browse, but my experience was disturbed. For visual purposes, this employee was on the bigger side, and had a large attitude to match. My girlfriend asked to try a dress on and she was quick to respond with a snarky comment. When I went to put on a sweatshirt, she yelled across the store. I wouldn't keep an employee who obviously hates her life. Wont be shopping again."
"WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Had us drive for jeans that over the phone they said they had. They even said they had three different sets and they acted clueless when we got there. THERE WASN'T ANY. The teenagers that you hired need to have better work ethics. Because first of all it took them several minutes to answer the phone and the gentleman that answered the phone didn't even introduced himself, and when we got there the store didn't even had any customers, there was no reason why should take that long to answer the phone. Wasted my time 45 mins driving over there."
