"I arrived to the store and went straight to the purses. I picked one I liked then I noticed the manager begin to watch me. I could tell I made her uneasy when I walked to the front of the store. I went to look at the clothes, however I think she thought I was heading for the exit. She then stood at the doors the remainder of the time I shopped. I went to the checkout and glance over at her. As I thought, she was looking over at me. The cashier handed me my purchased items, and I saw the manager walk away from the doors. I feel like she was watching me and I’d hate for anyone else to have an experience like that. If they are scared someone is going to steal they should ask for shoppers to put the bag at the cashiers counter vs making the shopper feel uncomfortable."

"Customer service is horrendous. Especially the manager Lalcesa; came here to returned a pair of sliders (see picture below) that wore once. i know it is our fault for not having the receipt but at least talk to us directly when she was at the cashier counter pulling up our information but when she done pulled everything up she just walked away “pretend” to help other customers while leaving us standing there clueless at the cashier counter don’t know what was going on. She even tried to ignored her employee when they tried to get her attention. i never have problems at this place, but today was a major disappointment."

"Mostly good customer service. The number of nice helpful store reps outnumber the initial grumpy one I came across. Just went there to return something from an online order, so while waiting for a nicer clerk to come to the register I looked around the store a bit. Things looked well organized and there were some nice pieces, but the online offerings seem a little nicer than what I saw in the store. This is definitely a place to go if you're into brand-name items and labels, but since I'm not and looking more for timeless styles and good bargains, this isn't quite the place for me to shop. The prices are discounted quite a bit, but still too pricey for my pocketbook and what they had didn't really look all that impressive to me. I did pick up one item that was super nice and a good deal for a quality, well-made item. When I went to pay and then on the way out I encountered a couple very friendly, helpful workers that made up for the initial grumpy, rude woman that was first at the register."

"Never seen this place open before until now. Wanted to do in but the doors are locked. This is 7:25 pm. And the doors were locked. Then some guy (assuming security) came out and said “we actually close at 8 but we’re still open”. I’m sorry but i shouldn’t have to knock or get securities attention just to open the door at a store that closes 40 min later. Reviews say it all"
