"Manager name Gigi so rude and lazy ! I wanted to change the size . Labels and everything on it . I can’t find recipt . She is so lazy did not try to look in system . She just say call customer service . I feel bad for the company ."

"My mother and I walked in about 7 pm on 12/21/23. The store had no other customers, but the two young ladies/employees working never bothered to speak, look up, or otherwise acknowledge our presence. One of them was in her cell phone. The other was talking about her private life. My mother finally approached one of them and respectfully shared that it would be nice to acknowledge their customers. The young lady never looked up at her, but stated she was "sorry about that". We had planned on shopping the, but I wouldn't spend one dime there."

"I wish I could give a negative star... they dont even deserve a one-star. The Worst Service EVER!! I felt like I was in a scene of Pretty Woman. Jeanne treated me like I had stolen the items I was bringing back. She harassed me about returning the items to "that location" and had the audacity to say I traveled far to bring them there. I told her numerous times that the items were ordered online. I turned around and purchased different items and she didn't even bother to ask me if I wanted them folded. Rude as hell, very unpleasant, unprofessional, acted as if my money wasn't good enough to be spent or returned to the store. I will never return to this store and I hope no one ever experiences this type of treatment. I started to walk off, but I knew I wouldn't be able to make it to another location in time before closing."

"I ordered several items online of which I had to return two pieces. I stopped by this store on a Sunday and there were no other customers at the time I got there. There was one employee on the phone with a client visibly agitated as the client was complaining about something. I stood in front of the registry for a while being completely ignored as another employee walked back and forth the store. When I was able to make eye contact with the second employee I asked if she could help me with a return. The lady couldn’t even open her mouth when the lady on the phone started yelling at me. She said she was the only person that could take returns and I had to wait as long as she was on the phone to get to me. I told her she didn’t have to yell at me and there was no need to be rude and she had the nerve to continue yelling at me. So if you want the worst service possible on top of being yell at for asking a question, this is the place to go."

"I came here once to find something for my sisters' birthday. The employees were super helpful and friendly that they suggested some item she might like. When she open my present she was amazed of the dress I've gotten her. Thanks to the employees here! Definitely coming back!"
