"I think the pharmacy needs more people. Having to wait 30-40 minutes to pick up medicine makes me feel like they are not good working or need more people. Waiting in line for 5-8 people is the worst service."
"This pharmacy never answers their phone. Never. This has happened on more than one occasion. I waited 40 minutes and no one ever picked up. It's ridiculous. No option to reach the pharmacy besides go there. The app doesn't help with all refills. It doesn't allow you to even inquire. What other option do you have than to go in person? My doctor had to call in several times for a refill. Whatever system you have, it's not working."
"Pharmacy needs more help. They used to be quick and helpful, no longer the case. Updated…. They put me on hold for over 45 mins, I finally hung up and drive to the store. Still rude and unapologetic."
"Not even 1 star they deserve! I had a terrible experience with them in recent months, especially today. The person in charge yelled at me, telling me that they couldn't provide the medication my dog needed. Clearly, she doesn't understand how the system works because all I needed was a refill. This is considering that the doctor's office called on more than three occasions, and they left them waiting on hold for over an hour, being rude and inconsiderate. I am deeply disappointed as I have been a customer at this pharmacy for over three years, and unfortunately, after the change in staff, nothing is the same. I will definitely not return, and I don't recommend that you do either! They are all rude and don't even let you explain what you need!"
"Horrible is an understatement for this CVS location…Dropped off a prescription over 24 hours ago and still not ready. Gave them the paper copy of the prescription. Came back two other times prior was told prescription not ready…came back a third time they say they don’t have it. It’s at another store, even though I gave them the paper copy from the doctor. First time here and it will be the last. They told me to came back in a few more hours. Medication is for a baby. Was supposed to start taking it yesterday but now seems that it won’t be taken until 30 plus hours after it was prescribed. Don’t even bother patronizing this location. Not worth your time, money or your well being for your family. After explaining my situation not even a let’s see how we can make this right on our end. No customer service."
