"Sad cashiers not willing to help a little extra just there to scan clothes, no smile, no hello, bad bad customer service. Want to say few other things about my bad experience but Checking other reviews it’s very sad that management is very poor in acknowledging and don’t care about customer service here at this location so there is no point."

"The worst h&m shopping experience ever. I needed a different size and when I asked the manager (Tasha) to help me, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. She told me they didn’t have a small but because of her bad attitude I knew she didn’t check properly. After paying, I went to check and saw several smalls. When I told her, she was extremely rude and unreasonable.She asked me to wait in line again to make payment. My initial wait in line was 20 mins and she wanted me to queue again. Tasha seemed extremely overwhelmed and was taking her frustration out on me. I suggest she gets some managerial training."

"A lot of people complain about the line and returns and decide to do returns on a weekend. When the lines are long and the mall is at its peak businesses just don’t come. If you don’t want to wait an hour for your purchase maybe don’t come on a Saturday when it’s 5 pm..? I know it sounds rude but I don’t know what you expect when everyone else and their momma is at the mall. A lot of customers are very entitled and we have to follow store policy and if we don’t we’ll get in trouble. No, you can’t get store credit..it’s not even a thing at our store. No, you cannot return damaged items. No, you can’t get a refund after 30 days. We will not bend our policy for your entitlement. We are hard at work and very busy throughout our shifts. The lines are going to be long because it’s a busy mall. Read our return policy before coming. Don’t expect us to bow to you just because we work retail, we are humans with emotions as well."
