"Bad service. I placed the order and they never called or notified that it was ready for pickup. The lady who attended to me, she was very rude or she is upset. She went around many times to find the remedy. For me I will not return to this Place again."
"I have been getting my medications from this pharmacy for nearly ten years and have encountered many good pharmacists and technicians. However, ever since this pharmacy was acquired by CVS, there have been frequent changes in technicians. Today, when I went to pick up my medication, I encountered a male tall technician who was very ignorant and unprofessional. He seemed unwilling to learn and improve. When I asked about the difference between purchasing medication with insurance and without insurance, his response was completely incorrect. When I pointed out his mistake, he reluctantly asked the pharmacist behind him and then had me search for discounts on my own. When I said I didn't need the discount anymore, he made me go back in line, even though my medication had already been handed to me. I could have completed the transaction in just 1 minute. Because I had to pick up my child, I had no choice but to leave after waiting for an hour. This is the worst experience I've had in the past ten years. Avoid encountering this technician."
