"Specialty pharmacy delivered my medication to this store, all boxes were correctly labeled with my information. CVS printed out a label with a last name I hadn’t used in 15 years and my childhood address and phone number. I don’t even know how they had this information or matched it up with my medication since I’ve never used this name, address, or phone number with my doctor or insurance. My guess is old information from when I was a child. Anyway, they put my medication into a bag and stick the label with the incorrect identifying information on the bag, so when the pharmacist went to look for my medication she couldn’t find it, and I couldn’t even answer the correct ‘what’s your address what’s your phone number’ questions. I refused to leave the drive thru until my medication was found, because I had confirmation it was delivered and had the name of the person who received it (they did also say they didn’t have anyone by that name who works there). Eventually, we were able to figure out that my maiden name was on the label on the bag and the pharmacist tried blaming it on my doctor, even though the medication inside the bag was all labeled correctly. I called both my doctor and insurance and none of them had any record of my maiden name or childhood address and phone number. Every time I have to deal with this pharmacy it is a disorganized mess, I’ve never had an easy in easy out experience."

"Do not go to this Pharmacy. The lady who worked this morning around 10am was very rude and seems like she hates working there. Don’t ruin your customers’ mood by giving your attitude. She is absolutely unprofessional. She put all my insurance information wrong in the system. Promised to have it ready and of course it wasn’t done in time. I forgot how terrible this pharmacy was but happened to stop by here because it was on my way to La centerra. Never again. I didn’t get the lady’s name to write here. Teach your employees about customer service."

"I really appreciate great customer service. Thank you Laura for your professionalism and patience. I observed Laura helping an older patron who was having trouble. Laura took her time and saw to it that the customer was taken care of completely. It was very refreshing to see someone focusing on customer care and not ignoring every person coming through the door."

"We were visiting Houston from Austin and had an pediatric urgent care visit on the way. Our prescription was sent to here and people were so nice. I am surprised by the low rating of this location. People at the pharmacy were super nice and they prepared our prescription in 15min. I could get the pharmacists name but he was very cool. We chat about east coast vs. Texas. Boston, Maryland and so on. We really appreciate their care and attention to us. Thank y’all!"
