"I am positively impressed with the attention to detail... On three occasions I took from the shelves items that were slightly damaged or had parts missing. The cashiers pointed them out. I either went back and got an undamaged item or cancelled that purchase altogether. They could have easily let me go home with a useless item, but they didn't. Thank you!"

"Today I reported this store to the BBB because my family was followed in the isles and it was obvious that my family was discriminated against. I have never seen or gone through this and when it happened to my family I left the store and got straight into my car. My husband separated from me to get ice pops and when he came back I went into another isle to look for body wash and eye lashes after but my husband was disturbed by what was happening and then I was disturbed when it happened to me while he was paying at the register after so when we got in the car he told me what happened to me and I told him what those workers did to me and we left completely shocked that they would discriminate against us. We took our family for paint and ended up buying toys paint and other items but when we took longer than they liked or separated from each other they apparently started coming near us in the isles to initiate we were thieves. We left in shock could not believe that this is still happening. I have always came here and bought the same things and for them not to recognize us and discriminate is beyond disrespectful"

"Customer service was helpful and very apologetic about not having any bags for our items. She did use a box and packed everything very neatly. Hubby even said "wow she packed our stuff better the grocery guy". Good job and keep smiling!"

"I usually don't go to this dollar tree because it's always an issue but being in a rush I stopped by and really got disappointed and will never return. The cashier refused to give me my change because they didn't have pennies. And instead of saying I'll that before I purchased with cash or even after. I have plenty of coins in my car I could have gave him a penny back for a nickel change but he said oh well I don't have any change to give you so I got a manager and she said it was a sign on the door then noticed it wasn't one . I asked what did it say ? Don't give back change? She said it said cc or debit only but the cashier didn't inform me or I would have used my card. I've been told before my purchases but never had a cashier just shrugged his shoulders like oh well. Even though 4 pennies isn't much it's the principal. If it was a small mom and pop I May had been more understanding. I'm so over big businesses taking advantage of customers that spend their last."
