"This store is terrible. (I had to give it one star or the review won't post but in reality it deserves NONE) Yesterday an employee cheated me out of a 40% coupon deduction, lied about it at first then when I asked for the manager, he stated he was absent, then when I asked when the manager would be there , I was told today at 8 AM. The lying employee then said he would leave a note for the manager which, of course, he did NOT do so - Good thing I didn't trust him because I called before leaving home early to drive across town in the morning rush hour traffic, it would have been for nothing. Also when I spoke to the shift supervisor on the phone, she was apathetic and matter-of-fact about the issues. When I told her to relay my Complaint to the manager, she stated, "You can tell him yourself." This location is sorely lacking and needs major re-training in proper Customer Service."

"We’ve been having to use this location a lot recently for our kids and for our own medication and so far I have no complaints! They always have our meds ready and they attend us very quickly! They are extremely busy so I at certain times they do take a while to answer. I went to the urgent care this past week and needed oral steroids and my insurance didn’t cover them so cvs called the dr and asked her to change the type of steroid that my insurance does cover! They did all of this one day! I was able to pick up that same day! I’ve had bad experiences at Walgreens back in our home town so this was a relief."
