"Love this Hallmark shop. When you walk in they greet you and they are eager to help you find specific gifts etc. Always smiling faces!"

"Now called Amy’s Halmark, this place was adorable. I came in to pick up something nice for a friend's birthday party and found what I needed. The place had lots of gift items and cards for days. The prices of the cards are Hallmark prices but the gifts were reasonable priced. They have a good rewards program that you can sign up for for free. You'll receive a coupon for the next time you go along with another to use during a particular timeframe. The owner was very kind and welcoming to every customer. I'll be back."

"It is so wonderful to have a card and gift shop in a convenient place without the mall traffic. Very nice folks work there also."

"The older gray haired woman working today was super cheerful to every white customer, and went out of her way to give them great service, while giving me dirty looks and being weird. When I walked in, she largely ignored me, which seemed odd bc every white customer that walked in behind me was greeted with a smile and informed of the current sales. When I was finally next in line to check out, she walked up to a white lady behind me and offered to check her out before me. Like she opened a whole other register just for her and gave me a dirty look as she did it. She seemed very neurotic and racist honestly, I guess I won't bother coming here again."

"This isn't the employees fault since this is, without a doubt, a requirement now dictated from corporate. I used to be, I would go in and they would ask me if I was a rewards member. I could deal with that. Now, they've gravitated to simply asking for your phone number. If you give it to them and you aren't a rewards member they then ask you if you'd like to join. I simply do not do business with a retail establishment that asks me for my phone number from the get-go. I stopped doing business at Radio Shack years ago and stopped doing business with an auto parts place just recently for this reason. Hallmark Gold Crown stores are now on this list."
