"If I need anything in a station and I’m in the area, I head to Chip’s 66 in Festus / Crystal City. The staff make their customers feel welcome & treat us with great respect. If that isn’t enough to turn you into a regular customer there, then the boss lady will seal the deal for you. I’m not going to lie, that woman is gorgeous. She is absolutely stunning. As you know, that’s always a plus. lol I wouldn’t purchase fuel there… Their gas prices are through the roof. Minus the fuel price hikes, everything else is fine LD"

"if i could give zero stars i would. in the worst of that storm earlier today, my mom and i heard the tornado sirens say take shelter, so we went here for safety. immediately after we walked in, the employee asked us is we were buying anything and if not to get out. because we were a “liability”. the owner said to lock the doors and to not let anyone in. the owner chip compton and his employees clearly prioritize money over the safety of their customers."
"Employee on nights was awesome. When my key fob battery went out ( &they didn't have that size battery) she called walgreens to see if they had it and gave me directions! Great service!!!"
"Chips is a awesome place to work, but I think some customers are unhappy with some workers, but we strive to please our customers, our customers are special to us. Our store is clean, fresh pizza is mad, and we try to make everyone happy, don't let one bad experience keep you away, Come by and see us,"
