"Hoods Festus I ordered counter top from them and a double sink bowl. The cutout for sink was for a single bowl. I paid contractor extra to re cut it. 2 weeks later, I called to see if they had a certain base cabinet in stock before I drove from St. Louis all the way there. Was told that they did have it in stock. When I got there i was told no they did not. I said you told me over the phone you did. He twisted my words and said well in stock and stock are different things. I had actually said “in stock”. This is same guy I dealt with on my counter tops. Very unhappy!"

"The staff here is always friendly and very helpful. They've always made me feel very very welcome and they're always so nice and patient with my 14 month old daughter. Everything is priced lower than the other hardware stores. Very clean store and super easy to find what your looking for as well. You'll always be able to find a staff member if you need assistance with anything!!! I could go on and on bragging about this store and the staff ECT. That's why they have kept my business over the years."
