"We spent over $60 on food. The ribs were dry and barely had any flavor. The steak was undercooked, ordered it rare and got Blue. We also got the wings appetizer and it was $12 for 5 pieces. Our server was a man that we think might have been the RM, very inattentive and was giving us wrong information. Overall the meals were sad and not worth the money."
"We got sat right away, but had to wait an hour after ordering to get our food. It was not busy either. The free salad bar is a plus, but we didn't want to spoil our dinner so we sat hungry. The waiter was great though--polite and considerate. My "Ruby Burger" tasted alright, but the thick tomato and long onions made it way too hard to eat. I recommend going elsewhere."
"We had a disappointing experience with the food at this restaurant. The two 6oz sirloin steaks and one 8oz sirloin steak we ordered were overcooked and lacked flavor. Additionally, the salad bar was unimpressive as they were out of several items and the produce was not fresh. It was not worth $91. The server was unbelievably nice and so sweet, the restaurant on the other hand had holes in the seats they tried covering the holes with duck tape, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. It’s not worth going to at all."
"This Ruby's has come a long, long way in the past year. Food has really improved, but the seafood is still a tad dicey...tastes too "fishy". Other foods have been prepared properly and have excellent flavor and present well. Wait staff is super-friendly. Marie always goes above and beyond, great attitude, and ensures our meals are prepared properly and in a timely fashion. She's a definite asset!! We are regulars at this location, mostly because of Marie...always a pleasure!!"
"No crowds Saturday evening before Christmas. Service was good and the food was fair. Cajun shrimp were very flavorful and cooked properly, however the scallops were overdone. The side of steamed broccoli was undercooked and warmish, but the rice pilaf was spot-on. It was nice to be able to get in and out without a wait time or long line."
