"This place is a joke. The customer service is horrible. I was behind on a bill and the agent told me if it’s disconnected I would have to pay the full past due balance and reconnect fees. I paid the past due balance as I was TOLD and then when I called back they told me another bill generated for the next month and that had to be paid too. It wasn’t even due for another 3 weeks. The agents do not educate customers (Karen) and when you prove they aren’t doing their jobs they get offended and defend the agents instead of acknowledging they messed up. The manager told me the agent could have taken the EXTRA step to tell me a bill would generate the next day and I would have to pay that balance too. So it’s a EXTRA step to tell the customer what they will be charged 24 hours later when they are asking you about their balance and any additional fees? The agents I spoke with were Naomi and then her manager Caprella. Both are very aggressive and unprofessional. They both pulled my calls and told me completely different things that was said on the call. I ended up paying $778 in one month for water. This place needs to get better employees or be shut down."

"Original Review date November 21, 2023. I live in Mud 31. On October 26th, the water system was flushed without notice. This event has caused my refrigerator water filter housing to be damaged. I have currently paid $162 for a service tech to come out. I have a remaining balance of $325.90. I am requesting a full reimbursement for this service. I also called on the 26th. I let the representative know I didn’t have notice. She said I should see workers at my fire hydrant. I had just gone out of the shower when this. If I had been in the shower 10 minutes later, I would have been covered in the orange solution of water all over me. I drink water all day long. I just drunk water from my refrigerator hours before this happened. I’ve been buying water every few days. My son is a witness. I asked him to purchase bottles of water that day. When I return to my refrigerator to get water. My water filter dispenser was no longer working. I was told I had to wait for the Broad to decide to reimburse me. I’m currently waiting to hear back from them."

"We haven’t moved in our house yet, our water bill last month was already $127 and this month is even more $237 without any leaking. The only usage may just water the yard. We requested meter re-read when we saw the last month bill. The service line told us they will send a person to double check but it never happened over one month. We called the company 5 times already, every time they promised they will do it in the current week, it’s still not happened yet. I have rarely deal with a company providing such a horrible service."

"They are stealing our deposits !! This company was the sole provider in my previous neighborhood. So there was no other choice. I closed my account back in April 2023(now it is September 2023), and contacted them about the getting the refund that I paid when I opened the account back in May. They said they will pay within 90 days. 90 days passed, no refund. I contacted them in July, they said they'll check with back office and get back to me. No response. Last week, I've contacted again and said I'll create a complaint about their company to the Bureau of Consumer Protection. They said again they are gonna check with bookkeepers. I've already submitted a complaint to the Bureau. I hope they will take of this company. Literally they are stealing our deposits. It is $150. What if I did not check with them via email/phone ? They just forgot to refund it ? EDIT: I’ve been emailing your customercare email since forever. Ticket number 100011654. The last time, You said in 7 busines days on September 29 and still no response. and today is October 16."

"Si environmental doesn't care about the environment. They need to change their name. We had a leak outside our house for 4 months now and thousands of gallons of water have gone into the drain. After repeated calls they have failed to do anything. We have a marshland outside our house. Our kids and elders have fallen many times on this green slime and yet they dont care. I am calling my lawyer soon if this is not fixed. This is the worst water company on the planet. They dont care about anyone or wastage of water thats for sure!"
