"Great place to bring kids of any age and to bike yourself! There's a flat bike course made of mini streets for the youngsters and a larger, paved hilly bike track with curves. I suggest going in the morning or evening - not much shade! If you take the path into the trees, there's a short unpaved loop - maybe 1/2 mile - that is nice and shady. The park is also connected to the leon creek greenway. The trail from freewheel bike park starts out paved, turns to dirt and then when you get to leon creek it's cement. Alternatively, you can park at the leon creek greenway trailhead at pearsall park. The leon creek trail from pearsall park is about 1.5 miles in (it's an in and out trail) along leon creek. Additionally this park is right up the road from the pearsall park playground and splash pad. Sooo much fun!"
