"So, I got this flyer in the mail that advertised a 50 dollar gift card for new homeowners in return for having someone from Blue Star come out and do a presentation. I thought that was a great deal because I wasn't obligated to buy anything and I had some time. Blue Star sent Chris to do the presentation. Right away, I knew we were going to get along because Chris wasn't pushy or over the top, but calm and strait-forward with a quiet charm. I really appreciated that. He pretty much let his presentation do all the heavy lifting and answered all my questions, but the best part was he was able to convince me that I didn't need to carry five gallon water bottles into my house anymore in order to have clean drinking water. I could actually get it from my sink instead. That and the fact that Chris made the financing and terms way too easy so that the hubby and I couldn't say no. The hubs said, " Whatever she wants", and that was that. That very next week, Roger and Gilbert showed up with a bunch of equipment and my new water filtration system, which also included a reverse osmosis system for my kitchen sink. I told Roger that I wanted it on the left side of my sink and he said," No problem!". I told him I wanted the water filtration system in a specific place in my garage and he said," No problem!" My water meter was on the other side of my house from the garage and Roger and Gilbert said," No problem!" So I went back into my house to micromanage my cats since I obviously wasn't going to have to do that with Roger and Gilbert! Fast forward and everything is installed and running well and then Tony shows up! It soon became clear to me why Roger and Gilbert didn't need me to micromanage them. Tony, another very nice young man from Blue Star, was there to do a quality inspection and make sure that I was happy with the work that Roger and Gilbert did, and to answer any questions that I had. I have to say, this company gives a whole new meaning to "Team work makes the dream work" because that's what you get when you sign up with them: a whole team. They are awesome from start to finish, they guarantee their work, and they are with you for the lifetime of your water filtration system. I highly recommend Blue Star if you are interested in getting clean water in your home!"
